What size do I need to order?

Elvira rings sizes are Small, Medium and Large and in UK ring sizes this translates to L,M,P.

Small : L 

Medium: M 

Large: P 

Elvira necklaces all have different size chains, please see the product description for the item you wish to know more information about. 

What countries do you deliver to?

We can deliver our jewellery worldwide.

How can I pay for my order?

When ordering through Elvira’s website you can securely pay using Paypal or using a Visa, Visa Credit or American Express card payment.

When will my order be processed?

Your order will be processed and shipped within 3 working days from when your order is placed. 

How long does delivery take?

If ordering for delivery within the UK you should receive your order within two working days. For international orders it may take up to two weeks to receive your order.

The order process timeframes should be added to the delivery timeframes to give you an idea of when you will receive your order. 

How do I track my order?

Once you have placed your order we will send you your tracking details via email and you can visit the Royal Mail website to track where your order is on its journey to you. Confirmation email - Is that the same as the tracking email or two separate emails?

Can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order please email us immediately so we can arrange a refund for you.

Can I exchange my order?

Exchanges for a different size can be made, providing you have not worn the item. 

Can I return my order?

Returns can be made within 30 days of purchase, providing you have not worn the item.
